Our Story

Argrow's House is named after Rev. Argrow Margaret Warren. She is our founder, Dr. Kit Ford’s, grandmother. She lived through a violent marriage but embraced such courage and love.

Argrow’s House provides housing and employment through our workforce development program at Argrow’s Café and Argrow’s Bath & Body. Free services are offered at Argrow's House for women in the community healing from abuse. Services range from domestic violence support groups, financial wellness, art therapy, and more.

We wanted to empower women mind, body, spirit, as well as financially. So, we started a bath and body business and café where women healing from abuse can create beautiful bath and body as well as a café that provides a living wage for themselves in a safe space that celebrates who they are.
